Good Afternoon Collene – Bill and I just wanted to thank you for all the assistance you gave us during our recent automobile and business mishaps. We seem to be having a bad streak of misfortunes, but your prompt, courteous, and professional handling of our claims has made this a much less painful process.

On March 8, 2011, our 2007 Chevy Silverado was involved in a four vehicle accident. You not only got to work on the situation right away (my email is timed at 1:39 – your response was at 2:39), but your follow up each step of the way reassured us that the matter was being handled. Soon after, an adjuster went to check out our truck. It was determined to be repairable and we had a check from Peerless on March 16.

This comes on the heels of a previous business accident where a vehicle plowed through a telephone pole outside our business, causing significant damage to the pole, wires, conduit, landscaping and more for which we were responsible. You responded to our needs and got a claims adjuster out to our location the next day. It didn’t take long after that we received a check for the full claim amount.
