Just a short note to thank you for your help in getting the recent claim we had for ice damming on our roof resolved.  You got the claim started, the rep here to see our situation, and a check was issued far sooner than I expected.

You went beyond what I would consider normal service in being attentive to our needs, courteous, and making suggestions and phone calls to expedite our claim.
