I was referred to Mr. Lopes through a friend. I was having many problems with my insurance before meeting Mr. Lopes, but he was able to handle all my concerns and needs with class and professionalism. He not only saved me a significant amount of money annually, but he was also able to get me coverage on a vacation home I was having problems getting insured. I will without question be referring Mr. Lopes to all my family and friends!!

Extremely Happy I Switched My Car Insurance With The Chittenden Group

I am writing this letter to let you know that I am very pleased with the way my policy and claims have been handled so far. On May 17 I was involved in an auto accident on the highway. Everyone that I have dealt with have been very friendly and fair with my claim. Dawn Stager and Colleen DeAngelis in the Chittenden Group – Naugatuck office are extremely helpful. I have worked with Dawn on a few different occasions when I switched my car insurance over to One Beacon and then recently got Home Owners Insurance. She is always very easy to deal with and responds to my phone calls immediately. Colleen and I worked together on the recent claims. She has answered my questions thoroughly and responded to me very quickly.

In the Massachusetts office I was working with Gail Nev on the car and feel that I was a given a very fair amount on my car for it being totaled.

As of right now I can say that I am extremely happy I switched my car insurance with the Chittenden Group. Not only did I save a lot of money but I feel the service is outstanding. I will refer friends and family over to Chittenden Insurance whenever possible.
